BEYOND STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS

The course delves into complex subjects, such as the circulatory, muscular, and neurological systems. You'll explore these systems in detail and how they influence overall performance.

HUMAN MOVEMENT MECHANICS

We focus on fascia and connective tissue that impact posture, as well as teaching you about optimal human movement mechanics like the gait cycle. You'll understand the complexities of the foot, hips, ribs, and scapula to enhance your movement patterns.

COMMON COMPENSATION STRATEGIES

Strength athletes develop compensation strategies over time. This course will teach you how to identify and address these compensations with easy to implement fixes, reducing injuries and imbalances common among strength athletes

PERIODISE TRAINING LIKE A PRO

We dive deep into periodisation, teaching you how to structure training phases like accumulation, intensification, triphasic, and restoration. You'll learn how to build individual phases, create long-term plans, or blend them into a conjugate style of programming.

INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMMING FOR STRENGTH ATHLETES

Every lifter is unique, and their training should reflect that. We cover individual programming differences based on the mechanics of the lifter, ensuring tailored adjustments for movements like the deadlift and press.
